1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required.

• Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
   

2. Payments & Refunds

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

• All sales are final. Refunds for prepaid services will be evaluated case-by-case, subject to cancellation fees.
   

3. Health & Safety

• Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatments.

• Some treatments may not be suitable for certain individuals; we reserve the right to refuse services if necessary.
   

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
